We use Canada Post as our main shipping carrier, and Canada Post themselves relay your package to the post system in place in your country (for US and International orders).
Where do you ship from?
Montreal, Canada! Orders will usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
My item arrived damaged :( Is it possible to get a replacement?
Unfortunately, incidents with the Post Office are possible. While we make sure that every item we ship leaves our hands in proper condition, a lot can happen in between. As I am only a small artist, I won't be covering any damage.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
No, unfortunately, all sales on prints are FINAL.
I saw one of your illustrations on your socials but can't find it here, what I can do?
It depends on the illustration - You can contact me through the contact page or at this email : elo.misslouve@hotmail.com and it will be my pleasure to have a chat about it! Maybe we can do something.
